Reporting into the VP of Operations, the People Operations Director will take ownership and drive building quality people programs that scale with our growing company. A team player and collaborator, the People Operations Director will need to be a thought partner that works with different global stakeholders (US, EMEA, India) to continue building a strong, exciting, and healthy working environment.

What you’ll do

Navigate with detail and diligence tricky and complex HR activities including performance management, conflict resolution, organizational development/training, employee relations, terminations, etc; escalating where appropriateDrive performance management and development initiatives to support employee and company success.Nurture a positive and motivating working environment through implementation of various team building programs and event planningManage payroll, benefits, compliance and other people operations needs for a growing team of employees and contractorsOnboard new employees and ensure they are set up for successPartner directly with the executive team to support business goals and growth initiativesManage Zinier’s Bangalore facility and office needsLiaise with IT to ensure all teammates have the equipment, setup, and IT assistance they need to be productive.Manage recruitment team to help meet hiring goals and ensure processes are aligned with recruiting best practices.

What you’ll bring

7+ years HR experience, ideally in startup, fast growth environmentsCompensation expertise and experience administering payroll and benefitsDeep understanding of HR compliance, employee relations and management counseling. Proven track record of successful execution and achieving resultsData-driven and highly rigorous approach to problemsExcellent communication and people skillsAn innate ability to self-start, prioritize, and creatively problem-solve (the buck stops with you)We are a global company, so international experience is definitely a plus.Hungry, Hustler, Honest, Humble
