Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Ohana Biosciences is seeking an innovative Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to help drive strategic decisions in our journey to revolutionize reproductive health. This exciting role provides a unique opportunity to be a key foundational member of our growing team, supporting a dynamic and high growth organization on the path to pioneering a new frontier in reproductive health. The Director, FP&A will report to the Vice President of Finance and lead all financial planning and reporting processes, including annual budgets and interim forecasts, internal and external financial reporting, and long term financial models. Partnering closely with the leadership team and collaborating across all functions and programs, you will have wide ranging access and will influence strategic decisions. In addition to having primary oversight of all financial planning and reporting, you will also support and lead process improvements and optimization of our business practices for today, as well as ensure scalability for future growth. You will have an opportunity to make a huge imprint on the evolution of our current processes, policies, and systems. As such, this role requires great ambition, creativity, and ingenuity. What You’ll Do ● Partner with functional leaders to actively monitor all aspects of the business affecting financial spending and forecasts ● Generate monthly financial reports for the leadership team and functional heads ● Lead annual budgeting and routine forecast processes, including partnering with commercial team on revenue forecasts ● Prepare compliance reports for investors and other external parties ● Support BD to evaluate opportunities ● Support R&D to prepare ROI analysis on new product development projects candidates ● Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement of processes, policies, and systems ● Iterate, update, and generate long term financial models What You’ll Bring ● Experience in the biotech pharma industries required ● Bachelor’s in business management or finance accounting ● Strong understanding of GAAP, as well as general accounting and compliance background ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ● Superior time management and organizational ability ● Creativity, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial mindset to the solution of business issues ● Sound business judgment and ability to think strategically ● Ability to work cross functionally, with a variety of internal and external stakeholders ● Comfort challenging the status quo, driving change, and managing in a fast paced, dynamic work environment ● High level of integrity and principles that embrace transparency ● Comfort asking questions and seeking clarity ● High level of adaptability and responsiveness to technical and business opportunities and needs ● Comfort handling parallel tasks and large datasets, and delivering within fast paced deadlines  What We’ll Offer You •A dynamic work environment, with encouragement at all levels to take part in shaping Ohana’s culture and strategy for long term success •Professional growth through mentoring, trainings conferences, immersion in cross functional projects as well as unique opportunities to learn and try new things at Ohana •Healthy on site snacks for those of us in the office and free monthly lunches for those of us working remotely •Comprehensive, competitive healthcare (PPO) and dental coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, and vision coverage through VSP, commuter benefits, generous family leave, paid time off, 401k retirement plan with a match, disability & life insurance, etc. Who We Are Ohana Biosciences is a biotechnology company founded in 2016 by Flagship Pioneering, which has founded over 40+ breakthrough companies since 2000.
