Executive product Trainer

Position Purpose

Training is an inseparable part of all product-based companies. The success of an organization is dependent on how it keeps its employees and customers trained and hands-on, on the product as it evolves based on the needs of the customer.

We are looking for a person who will be accountable for delivering top class product and process training on the greytHR application to customers, employees and partners. The training should enable these people to meet their business requirements and derive full value from the application. Training can be delivered through multiple modes like onsite, classroom, online and e-learning.

Duties and Responsibilities

Master the greytHR product features, keep updated on new features and stay as an extremely competent user of the software

Draw up and Maintain Training Calendar and schedules

Deliver training for employees, users and channel partners using the training material

Deliver training onsite, in a classroom for a set of participants, online/webinar, and/or e-learning via Moodle

Deliver product webinars for the customers based on the need analysis

Coordinate with various in-house stakeholders like Tech writers, Subject Matter Experts, QA team and Product team members to deliver product training.

Generate various reports on the Training's, effectiveness and feedback as per requirements

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's in science, Management or Engineering

Diploma or Degree in HR / Payroll domains (desired and not mandatory)

Excellent Teaching skills which include Explanation, Reinforcement, Illustration with an example, asking probing questions and evaluating a candidate's progress.

Able to conduct product orientation and training to new hires, cross-functional team, and customers with adherence to process and training schedules

Able to conduct and monitor evaluation and certification process

1-3 Years of experience as a faculty involved in software product training

Working knowledge of software/domain in Payroll or HR will be a very big advantage

Software implementation/delivery experience at any stream (desired, but not mandatory)

Excellent English Communication skills - oral, written, and listening

Interaction - facilitation, influencing, teamwork, and collaboration

Self-organized and ability to work with minimal direction
