Inound Sales AdvisorLocation: GlasgowStart Date: Monday 17th OctoberSalary: £20,592 + Uncapped Bonus (£25,000+)Contract: Permanent, Fulltime Shift: 5-week rotational shift pattern between the hours of 9am - 8pm Monday – Friday; 9am - 7.30pm Saturday; 9am - 2.30pm Sunday

Role details.

We’re taking on new talent for our Telecoms client to take sales and service calls! In this role you will handle inbound calls for new and existing customers, helping them with broadband, mobile, TV and landline products. You will be trained along the way not just in products but also in developing your sales skillset, where you will be trained for 2 weeks and then paired with a mentor for an additional 2 weeks to ensure you have all the tools to do your job. The team you’ll be working with is lively, fun, and supportive.

We’re here to develop you into the best sales agent you can be—and reward you for your work by offering an uncapped bonus structure for your wins, as well as additional points for each sale you make that converts into vouchers for you to spend. Last month, one of our advisors made an additional £850, and another advisor won a trip to Las Vegas!

What we are looking for.

At least six months of experience in call centre or sales role

Communication and listening skills

Ability to adapt and learn

Computer literacy
