As part of the Sales  team at MoEngage, here are some things you can expect:

Be the face of the company and drive relationship with C level executives in some of the biggest and hottest startups of India

Get 100% ownership of the accounts assigned to you and full autonomy to drive them home, no micro-management

Work with a lean team of go-getters in a fast-paced environment which will accelerate your learning and growth

Work with clients across domains and PAN India and not be bound by specific geography or verticals

Interact with teams from different domain, including engineering, product, commercials and get hands-on experience of dealing with team members from different domains

Skills and Requirements

A proven hunter who consistently exceeds sales targets

A passion for technology and all things digital

7+ years Sales experience in Marketing Technology, SaaS, or Digital Marketing

An entrepreneurial spirit with a deep understanding of a consultative sales approach

The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level

A strong C-level network

Proven success navigating mid-market organizations and ability to quickly identify the decision-makers and decision-making process for large SaaS investments

Experience selling to the product and/or marketing function at organizations

Ability to be a consultant to prospects

Responsibilities

Handling overall responsibility of managing new business development, hitting and exceeding sales targets in assigned region

Keep up to date and establish deep knowledge of MoEngage’s solutions and product

Develop and maintain C-level relationships with all key accounts and key prospects

Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

Lead generation
